In January, 2013, my husband and I took the National Park Flight. It was absolutely wonderful and the highlight of our vacation. I was very impressed and appreciative of ALL the staff who helped make this flight possible. We had to postpone several times due to rain and flooding during our week long vacation. Finally, the rain stopped on our last day and we were excited to go on our flight. Unfortunately though, there were washed out roads to deal with. We were staying in Bryson City, NC and Lori helped us find an alternative route to Sevierville. She stayed in touch with us during our drive over and worked us into their schedule when we finally arrived. She even helped us find a hotel nearby to stay in. The staff went above and beyond and we thank you. We hope to visit you again in the near future.

I took my girlfriend here to propose in a helicopter ride. The staff here is absolutely second to none!!!!!! They were the most kind helpful and professional people I have ever delt with. Our experience was absolutely perfect!!!! The pilot was fantastic the crew inside and the photographer was just super!!!! I highly reccomend this place for any type of ride or special occasion you may have you will not be disappointed!!!! Thanks again the entire staff at Scenic. Jeff Paige.

alright well im looking forward to going back to the great smokie mountains...i had a wonderful time there, oh wait ill be going back for winterfest in march.i will be there for three days...hope to get to ride the scenic ride..

My wife Carol and I went on the national park flight with Isiah and it was spectacular, as an added bonus he told us about Catalouche Valley to see elk. We drove there and saw several elk. Thanks again Isiah and Scenic for a memorable trip to the Smokies

Today my son Caleb and I took a tour with Isiah and it was GREAT!!! I had not flown in over 25 years and my son who is 17 had never flown before. We were very pleased with all we saw and Isiah was a great guide as well as a pilot!!! We highly recommend the National Park flight.

At dinner this evening, my best friend, a Navy man, asked about Isaiah, our pilot's disposition with his passengers: formal, mechanical as a tour guide or what. I replied, "He treated us as if we were his favorite cousins, showing us not only landmarks; he showed pointed to some of his favorite sites. That's pretty good from his many hours flying the area." ...just thought you'ld like to know. :-)

Lori, Carol, Isaiah & others, thank you for working with me to make the experience wonderful. The flight with Isaiah will be a great memory...especially with photos & "dash cam" video. Isaiah is a perfect host/tour guide. I hope you have another 40 years' great success.

I was so scared to get in any flying machine; but I really wanted to mark another item off my bucket list; so my husband and I went on the Bluff Mountain Tour. We LOVED IT! The lady in Pigeon Forge told me she had her first ride the day before and what it was like and was she ever right. She helped put my mind at ease. The pilot was awesome and all the staff were wonderful; they helped make it a memorable occasion for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Will definently be back will do a much longer tour this time.

Always wanted to do a helicopter tour and this time we did it! We went to Scenic Tours because we had seen the "yellow/black" helicopters every time we had been to Pigeon Forge. The staff was great and the flight was awesome!! We definitely will be back and take our kids on the next flight!! Thank You so much for such a wonderful experience!! We absolutely loved it!!
