My husband and I took our second trip with Scenic on August 23, 2011. It was great! We took the Scenic Special tour and loved it. It just wasn't long enough. Our pilot Isaiah was wonderful. As was Rachel and the young lady that took our photos. My husband only had one complaint, there weren't any in flight snacks. He thought that with a name like "Lunchbox" our pilot would have had some handy.HAHA. You can count on us flying with you again on our next trip down. We tell everyone they need to take a flight with your group. It was well worth the money.

My husband and I went on the Wears Valley tour on July 21st. This was the highlight of our trip for both of us. Isaiah was our pilot and he was so nice,
as were all of the staff. I will definitely be doing another tour on my next visit. Thanks for a wonderful memory.

We took the Mountain Valley tour yesterday with scenic and this will become an annual thing for us each time we visit. I grew up in the state of Tennessee and have seen some breathtaking things, but this is the real way to see the Smokies! The staff was friendly, effecient, and took the time to help those before us that were apprehensive about their first helicopter flight. Being prior special forces, Ive ridden in thousands of helicopters, but Isiah provided the smoothest ride for my wife and I imaginable. While we waited we watched flight after flight come back with nothing but smiles ear to ear. The folks at scenic have it down right. Don't change a thing! See you next year!

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with your company. We purchased our tickets at a ticket location in town. The ticket agent was so funny and friendly, we absolutely LOVED her. I wish I had got her name but we went on July 8th, around 9 or 10am. I am actually scared of flying but she talked to us about the difference of a helicopter versus a plane. She was wonderful with explaining the different tours available. We left promising to stop back by and let her know how I liked it.
The people at the actual flight location were also very nice and helpful. My husband is disabled but the flight "attendant" made sure he helped him in and out.
Our pilot was Dan and we just loved him. He was funny and such a good pilot. I felt at ease immediately. The flight was awesome and I would do it again, nothing like being on a big plane. The view was breathtaking and Dan had alot of information to share with us.
Thank you for having such a nice, friendly staff of people. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip!

My son and I flew for the second time with Scenic Helicopter Tours, along with my nephew who had never flown before, on June 30. We all loved it. Isaiah was our pilot, and he made the flight such a great experience with his knowledge of the area. I highly recommend Scenic for a wonderful experience. We ended our vacation on a HIGH note!

My boyfriend and I decided to take the Mountain Valley tour and I have to say out of the whole week stay in Gatlinburg this was the highlight of our vacation! Our pilot, Isaiah, was very friendly and informative which made the trip very fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to enjoy a more scenic view of the Smoky Mountains!

I completed the pilot experience in the R44 with Dan on Friday, June 24, 2011. It was great. The staff was very friendly and Dan was a great instructor. He was patient and I learned many new things. I'll be back for a ride in a 206 for sure.

I flew for the first time on June 24 and I really enjoyed it. I was really nervous about flyin but my pilot Isaiah made me feel really comfortable...I sat in the seat right beside him and I felt safe...Thanks guys....

Flew for the very first time yesterday :) I must say it was amazing! The Pilot was nice and the staff was wonderful :) Always wanted to ride in a helicopter and I enjoyed it very much, I will definately be doing it again, Thanks guys :)
