Wow I am still amazed at the Professional and Courtious Service my girlfriend and me got from your Staff. This was my Girlfriends first trip up in a helicopter and my third. But we both enjoyed the flight. We were on the Flight that went all way out to Gatlinburg and it was smooth as silk. We were excited to see the area from above and that sunset flight was so awesome. Thanks guys I got many brownie points from your service.

Took the red route on Sunday, May 29, 2011, in the Bell Jet with my wife who has refused to do it for 25 years. She is thrilled and says next time we take the longer route. Our pilot was great, what a wonderful personality and he knew his airship. They have given two old dogs new tricks to do and I thank them and their outstanding and friendly ground crew. See you again soon.

Scenic Helicopter Tours is a well run family operation, our pilot John was top notch. Would recommend any of the tours offered especially for first time flyers or to marvel at the Smoky Mountains from a birds eye view.

Me and my fiancee had the Douglas tour and it was awesome. It was our first helicopter ride and every penny was worth it. The pilot was super cool and the entire crew is polite and fun to be with. Being on the copter was almost like a dream which was turned into reality by the "scenic tours" 3 cheers to them !!!

The only thing to say about the "Grand Tour" is WOW. To see from the air what trails you walked or the roads you traveled is nothing short of amazing. Everyone from the Pilot John, to Brandon the attendant to the lady taking the pictures were extremely nice and explained everything in advance. This was our first time in a helicopter ride and to do it over the Smokey mountains was, again, WOW. We spent an entire week in the Smokey Mountains area and this was THE highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this to anyone.

I flew with Scenic back in 1997, when they had the Bell 47, my favorite helicopter! I haven't been back to the area for many years, but next time I am, I will fly with them again! Great folks and great rides!

My boyfriend took me to Pigeon Forge for the weekend and got the wild hair to take helicopter ride. I have never flown in my life and terrified couldn't describe my condition.(Wasn't crying but was burning up the cigarettes) The staff was so friendly and gave great explanation of the flight. Our pilot Dan was professional and reassuring. We only had short flight but it was awesome. This is a wonderful company and best way to enjoy beauty of Tennessee. If we return to the area, I will definetly go for another ride. Thank you to the staff and kickass pilot Dan.

My wife and I took a ride this December. I HATE heights and really didn't want to go. However, the helicopter was so smooth and I enjoyed it so much! It is completely different than what I expected (in a good way.) The greatest thing about this place is the staff, they are awesome! Especially the guy that does the photography. Good job guys!
